The PGY2 Geriatric Pharmacy Residency is a one-year postgraduate program designed to develop leadership skills and provide training and experience in various areas of geriatric practice, research, teaching and service. You will care for older adults across multiple practice settings and at various levels of care (50% inpatient, 50% ambulatory care).
Residency Practice Areas
You will be integral to the interprofessional team and the geriatric pharmacotherapy consultation service. The St. Peter’s Health Partners/Eddy Continuing Care Network is a comprehensive continuum of health care, including rehabilitation, hospice, supportive housing and community services, that serves more than 40,000 people annually in 22 counties.
