Residency Showcase Program Listings

This residency is a PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency at HealthLinc, Inc. with a focus in ambulatory care. HealthLinc is a Federally Qualified Health Care system located in Northern Indiana, and is recognized as a PCMH Level 3 where there is a multi-disciplinary approach to patients. Besides pharmacy residents, HealthLinc hosts other learners such as nurse practitioner residents and P4 pharmacy students on site as well. The pharmacy residents have the opportunity to work under collaborate practice agreements and are exposed to direct patient care with diabetes, anticoagulation, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and asthma/COPD being the primary disease states encountered. The residency partners with Purdue University for the research and drug information learning experiences, and each resident will complete a teaching certificate through IPTeC. There are two positions available with this residency - one located in Valparaiso, IN and one located in Mishawaka, IN.
