Founded in 1948, Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is a private, not-for-profit community healthcare system committed to transforming care, advancing health and improving lives. TMH delivers care to a 21-county region in North Florida and South Georgia through numerous healthcare facilities, including our 772-bed acute care hospital with a recently added surgical and ICU tower, a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, three physician residency programs and one pharmacy residency program, and 38 affiliated physician practices. TMH is the only Level-II Trauma Center in the region with the area’s highest accreditations, including a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation. Other services include Neuroscience, Heart and Vascular, Oncology, Women and Babies, and Behavioral Health.
